E-bidding Platform is an all-in-one platform where Contractors/Consultants check for available tenders, pay the non-refundable fee for tenders they are interested in and download Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs)/Request for Proposals (RfPs).

It is a platform that enables the automation of Public Procurement and Supply Chain processes using internet based technology. It involves the following processes;

Our e-Bidding Platform is one of such solutions which we have designed to be an all-in-one platform where Contractors/Consultants check for available tenders, pay non-refundable Tender fees, and download Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs)/Request for Proposals (RfPs) This platform is currently being upgraded to handle all other aspects of the Public Procurement process, including Bid Submission and Opening. Alongside Naija Contracts, e-Bidding will become a one-stop shop for the entire Public Procurement process

HOW E-BIDDING WORKS

For better understanding of how the e-Bidding platform works, we will attempt to split the users of the platform into two (2) categories;

User as an NGO/MDA

The activities of an NGO, MDA, Private Organization, etc. on the e-Bidding platform would be to;

  • Create Tenders, indicating Tender Name, Lot Number, Tender fee, Expiry date, etc
  • Edit and delete Tenders when necessary
  • Upload SBDs, RfPs, and other relevant Tender documents
  • Monitor Tender activities, response rate, bidders, number of downloads, Tender history, etc.

User as a Contractor/Consultant/Supplier

The activities of an NGO, MDA, Private Organization, etc. on the e-Bidding platform would be to;

  • Create Tenders, indicating Tender Name, Lot Number, Tender fee, Expiry date, etc.
  • Edit and delete Tenders when necessary
  • Upload SBDs, RfPs, and other relevant Tender documents
  • Monitor Tender activities, response rate, bidders, number of downloads, Tender history, etc.
